This concert was so much fun! Best b-day gift ever, still can't believe Mitch did this for me he's so sweet! so happy I got to see the band that changed my music taste for the better and got to see them with the most amazing company.  You can tell it's all about the music for them, the lead singer Alexander is such a great performer he was just dancing onstage/ offstage ( he went into the crowed and was just hanging out and singing) and being in the moment and those are the best shows to go to.  The opening acts ran a little long but still good the main band didn't go on till 11:30.  The only thing that was a bummer was when they played "Home" I guess the leader song and the main girl singer Jade used to date and "Home" a love song and they changed the lyrics to make it more of a friendship type debut so that was a bummer because it's one of my favorites but still monumental to hear live nether less.  Sorry it took me so long to write this post but I got sick and wasn't up to it but now I'm feeling better and ta-da!  Anyways if you see Edward Sharpe coming in your town I highly recommend seeing them they were spectacular and my words won't do them justice so you'll just have to see them to know what I'm talking about:)  What a great way to start off my 18th birthday! :)

Is Feminism becoming a fad?

  This has been on my mind lately if Feminism is becoming one of those trendy things to be, you know how being bi was or trying to be a hipster you know what I'm talking about? I just feel like some girls who claim to be feminist aren't really the true definition of what a feminist is. Feminism is all about women being treated with respect and just being equal with men in all aspects.  It's not about showing dominance over men or belittling them because that goes against everything they believe in.  Or rioting over media sexualizing women such as Miley Cyrus, Mila Kunis and other young scarlet's that just doesn't make any sense to me because probley half the reason they twerk or take half naked photos is they want to be known as sexy and get people to talk about them, we obviously know that there's more to them even the stupidest people can figure that out.  Brandi and I like to call these types of feminist flower crown feminist because when you see them protesting or just pictures of them in general their wearing flower crowns.   I hate also how some of these women just downgrade men by saying every little action they do for a lady is to get a blowjob in return or something in that matter or they feel like they have all the power in life because they have a dick it just doesn't make any sense to me because your being sexist towards men and viewing them as one way, so how do you expect men to view us more then a good laid or making a sandwich in the kitchen granted there are men like that out there and it's horrible but why do they make it sound like the gender as a whole is like that.  I consider myself a feminist with the respect of I just want equal pay for doing the same job as a man, I want respect in the work field if I'm a bossy CEO of a company that I'll be considered as a hard-working respectful boss and not a bitch.  I don't know I've just been hearing this word a lot lately and people writing, blogging, posting videos about it and girls just now all the sudden come out saying their a feminist and acting like go women this! fuck men! liberate womenhood! and just seems like a big fad to me doesn't even seem like some of these women/ girls believe or even know the whole point of feminism, it has nothing to do about liberating yourself or you being over-sexualized or anything to do with what their perching about that's just our society and ya it sucks and ya it's hard being a girl in society today and sure we can't go anywhere without being looked at or called at but stop saying your a feminist, you just hate how society is and it has nothing to do with rights of women!  And just a disclaimer this is purely my opinion, I'm sorry if I offended you but please bitch about it to your friends or anyone don't leave mean or rude comments on here.  I just wrote this because it's been on my mind lately and like I said just hearing a lot of talk about being one and I'm just getting tired of it in all honestly.

L.A. Bound

  The first part of our adventure to L.A. started with my mom's birthday present to see P!NK (I had videos but my stupid phone deleted it all, seriously fuck droids!) She was amazing live I can't even put it into words.  To be able to do acrobatics routines and sing perfectly that is talent.  Here's some photos I found online to show a bit of her concert.

 This was the craziest part, on So What! she got into that circle thing and moved all around the Staple center, she spun, did flips, touch peoples hand, stand on poles just pure craziness!! She is such an amazing performer.

 

 If your ever in Downtown L.A. check this place out it's delicious!  Good choice Brandi!  Also they have the best Mocha Iced Coffee.

                 

                                  


And no this isn't me and Brandi's first time in L.A. we've been coming here 4xs or more a year since freshmen year.  Me, Brandi, and Haley's dream is to all live down in L.A. and we've been dreaming that since the first time we ever been to L.A.  Now I'm going to shut up and get on with the trip first   we went to the tourist spots because her cousin Ericka's friend has never been in Cali before so of course we took her to the Chinese theater and to walk along the starts.  Then we went down Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and I took a pic of Channel but it's coming up to blurry on here so just going to say before I die I want to own one piece of real channel new or vintage doesn't matter, just a goal of mine.  Then drive down to Santa Monica Beach then Venice and that was the end of our trip.  It was a really funny, fun, relaxing weekend and I'm so happy I got to spend time with my bestie Brandi and her family their just the greatest!:)  Thank you so much for inviting me again!

TV Muse: American Horror Story

                                                                   

I don't know where to start.  This show is seriously one of the best shows ever made, It's so different and unique and it's actually scary unlike those fucken Hollywood movies and try to be creepy TV shows.  The acting is fantastic, its really interesting seeing well known actors  mold into these disturbing actors.  For instance Zachary Quinto he played a really disturbed sociopath Bloodyface and he did it all such as killing people, chopping them off to make furniture, mixing his victims skin and puling their teeth to make his mask, having sex with his deceased victims just really fucked up shit and then he transforms himself to Spock!  And Jessica Lange but what's to say about her she's fabulous and perfect for the show.  Each season the show just gets better and crazier it's really shocking how the writers are able to top the season before .  This season "The Coven" it's going to be intense and I thought "Asylum" was top notch.  I'm really excited to how their going to dive into witch craft and Salem witch trails and of course all the other fucked up shit their going to through in there.  At first I wasn't to sure how Emma Roberts was going to perform on the show because of her acting history and I just haven't been to impress by her acting skills but I think she plays the role well, it's believable, I think they had her play the perfect role playing the snotty bitchy teen witch I just don't think it would of flowed and worked out as good if say she was going to be the main teen witch who played Violet in the first season.  Overall I'm already really impressed with the new season and know it's going to be better then the last and I can't wait for Wednesdays to come around.  Bottom line if you haven't watched the show I highly HIGHLY suggest that you do, your missing out and you just have to witness the actors, creators, writers, just everyone's talent.  This show needs to win an Emmy as well, stop giving it to modern family Emmy voters!
